MBA of Tsinghua University, senior economist.

He graduated from the Nanjing Political Institute of PLA, majoring in economics and administration, and obtained MBA certificate from Tsinghua University.

Work Experience：

1974-1979

Served as Deputy Director of Yixing Dushan Chemical Plant.

1980-1988

Served as Director of Yixing Dushan General Chemical

Factory.

1988-1996

Served as Director and Branch Secretary of Yixing

Petrochemical Auxiliary Plant.

1990

Served as Manager of Yixing Branch of Sinopec

Information Consulting Corporation.

1991

Served as Director of Yixing Choline Chloride Plant.

1997-2000

He established Yixing Akzo Nobel Sanyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. in cooperation with the Akzo Company of the Netherlands, served as general manager of the Chinese side and managed to set up the first national project of ten thousands ton annual output of choline chloride.

2000 till now

He served as Board Chairman of Skystone Feed Co., Ltd., vice president of Jiangsu Feed Industry Association, Board Director of Jiangnan University Food Institute and NPC deputy of Guanlin town in Yixing City. For many years, he has been appraised as “Outstanding Communist Party Member" and "Excellent Factory Director and Manager" by the municipal Party committee and the municipal government of Yixing City.

Skystone Feed Co., Ltd. specializes in developing, manufacturing and selling feed additives which is director unit of China Feed Industry Association. Skystone has made continuous development and expansion since its establishment, now it covers an area of 11 hectares and obtains 23 patents. The products are sold all over the world and the sales reaches 500 million yuan, of which exportation amount exceeds 50%.
